Submitting a tool

The fields, the autofill, logos and preview images, and how the free and priority plans choose your launch week.

Submitting needs an account: sign in with Google or an emailed code. Then open /submit.

Autofill from your URL

Paste your homepage URL and press Autofill. We read the page — its title, meta description, icon, social preview image and visible text — and an AI model drafts the name, tagline, description, category, pricing and tags from what the page says. It is told to use only facts on the page, but it is still a draft: read every field before you submit.

If the page cannot be read (a login wall, heavy bot protection, a site that renders nothing without JavaScript), fill the form by hand.

The listing

  • Name and tagline. The tagline is one sentence on what the tool does for the person using it, up to 120 characters.
  • Description. A couple of short paragraphs: what it does, who it is for, what stands out.
  • Category, pricing, tags. Pricing is free, freemium (a free tier plus paid plans), paid (a trial counts as paid) or open source.
  • Logo. PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF, square, up to 512 KB. SVG uploads are not accepted. Autofill copies your site's icon when it finds one.
  • Preview image. Optional, up to 2 MB — a screenshot or your social card. Shown at the top of your tool page.
  • Links and maker. Optional X (Twitter) and GitHub links, and whether you built the tool yourself (shown as Maker on the page).

Each week has a limited number of free and priority places; a full week cannot be picked. With the badge option, add our badge to your homepage first and press Verify — we check the link again when you submit.

A priority launch goes to checkout right after you submit. If you leave the payment page, the submission stays as a free one and joins the free queue when approved; you can buy priority later from its launch page.
