Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LaunchFill (the "Service"), a directory and weekly launch board for AI tools, operated by MIKOO LLC, organized in the State of Wyoming, United States. By creating an account, submitting a tool or otherwise using the Service you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service.

2. Submitting a tool

You may submit a tool only if you have the right to describe it — because you build it, work on it, or it is a public product you are listing accurately. You are responsible for what your listing says: it must be accurate, must not infringe anyone's rights and must follow our published review guidelines. We review every submission and may edit a listing (for example its category or pricing), decline it, or remove it later if it stops meeting those guidelines. A form filled in by our autofill is a draft: you check it before submitting.

3. Launches, votes and rankings

Approved tools launch in a weekly batch and are ranked by the votes signed-in users cast during the week. One vote per user per tool. Buying, trading or automating votes, or using several accounts to vote, is not allowed; we may remove such votes, the launch, or the accounts involved. A week's ranking is frozen when the week ends.

4. Paid services and refunds

A priority launch and a sponsor week are one-time payments at the price shown at checkout, processed by our payment provider, Creem, which acts as merchant of record. There are no subscriptions. What each one includes is described on the pricing page; refunds are covered by our refund policy. Paying never buys votes or a rank.

5. Content and licence

You keep ownership of what you submit — text, logo, images. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, adapt (for example resize an image) and distribute it as part of the Service and its promotion, including the weekly email and social posts about the launches, for as long as the listing is on the Service and a reasonable period after.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, scrape it at a rate that burdens it, probe or overload our systems, or impersonate others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

7. Links to other sites

Listings link to third-party products we do not control. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for them; use them under their own terms.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Listings you submitted may stay in the directory, without your name, as public records of those products; ask us if you want one removed. We may close accounts that violate these terms, and may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect; continued use after that means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
