Review guidelines

What we check before a tool goes on the board, and the reasons a submission is turned down.

Every submission is reviewed by a person before it can launch. We are not judging whether a tool is good — the votes do that. We check that a visitor who clicks through gets what the listing promised.

What we check

  • It works. The site loads, and the product can be used or signed up for today. A waitlist is fine if the page says what is coming; a holding page is not.
  • It is an AI tool. AI does a real part of the job, not just the marketing copy.
  • The listing is accurate. The name, tagline and description match what the site says. No claims the site does not make, no invented numbers.
  • The category and pricing are right. We may correct them before approving.
  • One listing per product. A new version of a listed tool is an edit, not a new submission.

What we turn down

  • Adult or sexual content, gambling, crypto token sales.
  • Tools built to deceive: fake reviews, "undetectable AI" humanizers, spam and scraping of personal data.
  • Pages that impersonate another company or product.
  • Broken sites, parked domains and pages that only collect emails.

When we turn a submission down we write the reason, and you will see it at My tools. Fix what it says and submit again.
