How LaunchFill works

A weekly launch board for new AI tools, and a directory of the ones people already use. What happens between submitting a tool and its launch day.

LaunchFill does two things.

  • Weekly launches. Every Monday a new batch of AI tools goes live on the home page. For the whole week, signed-in visitors vote, and the board ranks the week's launches by those votes. When the week ends the ranking is frozen and archived under Past weeks.
  • The directory. Every approved tool keeps a permanent page, filed under a category, searchable at /tools. Launch week or not, that page stays.

From submission to launch day

  1. Submit your tool at /submit. Paste the URL and the form fills itself from your homepage; check and correct every field.
  2. Pick a plan and a week. Free launches take a week from the free queue; a priority launch lets you choose any open week, including this one. See Submitting a tool.
  3. Review. A person checks every submission against the review guidelines.
  4. Launch. Your tool appears on the board at 00:00 UTC on the Monday of its week, and your listing page goes public at the same moment.
  5. After the week. The board freezes. The top three get a winner's badge for their site; everyone keeps their directory page.

You can follow each step at My tools, where you can also edit the listing and see its launch week.
