What you can change after submitting, what applies at once, and what waits for review on a live listing.
Your submissions are at My tools. Each one shows its status — in review, scheduled for a week, live, or turned down with the reason — and has an Edit button.
Before it goes live
While a listing is in review or scheduled for a future week, every change applies at once.
Once it is live
On a live listing some changes apply at once and some wait for a quick review, so a page visitors already rely on cannot change under them without a look:

While an edit is waiting, the page keeps showing the current text and your edit page says so. Saving again replaces the waiting edit.
Launch options
From Launch options on a listing you can see its launch week, buy a priority launch while it has not launched yet, or book a sponsor week once it is approved.
